This project has been runner-up in the framework of the Innovative Project Call launched by the Métropole du Grand Paris. The proposed program for this site is open, with a clear intention of programmatic and functional diversity, including sports and leisure shops, 150 rooms in a next-generation student residence, and 28 shared housing units.
