This building is the first in France to have been built for a radio station since 1963, when the Maison de la Radio was inaugurated in Paris.
This highly technical office building is set in a historic site, at the foot of Saint Front Cathedral and on the banks of the River Isle. The flood-prone site meant that the building had to be built on stilts.
It is home to a team of around forty people and houses 2 studios, control rooms and interview rooms, a programming room, editorial offices and technical facilities.
The south and west facades are fitted with motorised adjustable wooden blinds.
