Within the framework of the preliminary consultation for the modification of the PLU in progress and following the dialogue workshops held with the local residents, the developer and the representatives of the town hall, Pablo Katz and Ignacio Beccar-Varela presented the project of restructuring and extension of the old factory.
During these consultation workshops, a series of modifications to the initial project were agreed upon, concerning the volumes, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, the vis-à-vis and the programming. This modified project will form the basis of the draft modification of the PLU. The UG zone will thus be changed to an EU zone with residential master plan.
