This project is located in a primarily residential neighborhood with relatively low density. The plot presents certain complexities, as the best orientations are towards the street and a large neighboring building. It also has a significant lateral slope and includes a small existing structure, which, although slated for demolition, has its volume protected by cantonal regulations.

Mission : Design, construction drawings, and architectural supervision of the construction.
The program for the new building includes 7 housing units, three of which are 3.5 rooms, and the other four are 4.5 rooms; in addition, a 4.5-room townhouse organized as a duplex occupies the protected volume.
Two parallel strips of different lengths are placed along the plot, offset from one another, to create the best possible conditions in terms of sunlight, views, access, and privacy for the residences.
Thus, a vehicle and pedestrian access zone is created at the front, while at the rear, the living spaces and loggias of all apartments are oriented towards the west — avoiding direct views of the neighboring building — opening onto the peaceful garden at the rear to maintain necessary privacy.
A large attic crowns the volume. Its spacious terraces allow residents to enjoy the best orientations and distant views towards the valley.
