The project occupies an entire block in the Vigny-Musset joint development zone. The shopping centre covers the entire surface area. The landscaped car park for the shops is located above, at the heart of the complex, and forms a base for the residential buildings. The car park for residents is underground.
The entire operation has HEQ objectives: energy saving, hot water production by solar panels, solar protection, etc. and has had to manage reinforced anti-seismic rules.
