Renovation, restructuring and new construction of three adjoining buildings to create 22 housing units. On a narrow and dense plot in this tight street, we sought to bring natural light into each apartment. Several of them have large balconies.

In a location monitored by the ABF (Architectes des Bâtiments de France) and the town hall, we carried out concerted work on the restructuring of a building from the 1920s.
The project includes an old part and a new part overlooking the rue des Cascades. The old part is perfectly preserved and houses 14 dwellings.
The new construction, which has 8 dwellings, contrasts sharply both in terms of the scale conferred by a mesh of loggias across the entire façade and its metal and wooden elements. The entire programme is intended for home ownership.
