On the ground floor, a single hall clearly organises the distribution of two vertical circulation cores, one for each building.
The hall also provides access to the garden and townhouses. While generous and bright, it is designed to avoid blind spots and parking areas.
All communal corridors benefit from natural light.
A large number of homes have outdoor spaces, gardens, terraces and balconies.
This development is part of a sustainable and environmental approach.
For us, the first condition of a sustainable development approach is durability. Particular attention is paid to the choice of materials and their behaviour over time. The façades are insulated from the outside to reduce thermal bridges and improve the energy performance of the project. The zinc cladding on these façades, and the projecting elements treated with enamelled glass products, have been chosen for their quality and durability.
